pgkn Terms & Conditions

1 General Provisions

pgkn operates an online entertainment and betting platform for users in Bangladesh. To be eligible to use the platform, a user must meet the following conditions:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must provide accurate personal information.
• Must comply with all applicable rules of the platform.
• Must operate the account in their own name and for their own benefit.

pgkn reserves the right to restrict or cancel any person's access to the site at any time without giving reasons, particularly if that person violates these Terms.

2 Account Registration & Verification

2.1 Registration

When creating an account on pgkn, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found for the same person, all accounts may be suspended and funds held may be forfeited.

2.2 Verification

pgkn may request a national identity card, date of birth, or other documentation when required. Withdrawal processing may be put on hold until verification is complete. Providing false information will result in account closure and the balance may be cancelled.

2.3 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password and login details secure. Sharing your account with a third party is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

3 Bonuses & Promotions

3.1 Welcome Bonus

pgkn offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.

3.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements apply to every bonus. For the welcome bonus, the wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus amount. Example: receiving a ৳1,500 bonus means you must wager ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 before winnings earned from the bonus become withdrawable. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount.

3.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion may be claimed once only.
• Bonuses are for use within the platform only and cannot be withdrawn directly.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is proven, the bonus will be cancelled.
• pgkn reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on pgkn is ৳500. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The same minimum limit applies for each method.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.

4.3 Payment Policy

• Withdrawals are always returned via the original deposit method.
• pgkn reserves the right to carry out additional verification to prevent money laundering.
• In the case of fraudulent transactions, pgkn may suspend or cancel the payment.
• Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

Every bet placed on pgkn is considered final. If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error, the staked amount will be refunded. pgkn's decision is final in determining results.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and, if proven, will result in permanent account closure:

• Intentionally exploiting any bug or error in the system.
• Playing using bots, automated software, or any other artificial means.
• Systematically gaining an advantage through collusion with other users.
• Attempting to earn bonuses by providing false information.
• Transferring an account to another person.

5.3 Sports Betting

Bets can be placed on various sports markets including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Bet outcomes depend on the official result of the relevant event. For abandoned or suspended events, bets will be settled in accordance with pgkn's policies.

6 VIP Program

pgkn's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. A brief summary of the benefits at each tier is given below:

• Bronze: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Higher tiers can be reached based on regular play and account activity. pgkn may modify the VIP terms at any time, and members will be informed of any changes.

7 Responsible Gambling

pgkn is committed to responsible gambling. This platform is for users aged 21 and above only. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately.

You can apply the following options to your account at any time:

• Set daily / weekly / monthly deposit limits.
• Voluntarily exclude yourself for a set period (Self-exclusion).
• Take a cooling-off period.

10 Limitation of Liability

pgkn is exempt from liability, to the maximum extent permitted by law, for direct or indirect losses arising from use of the platform. pgkn is not responsible for:

• Losses caused by internet connection disruptions.
• Technical errors from third-party software or game providers.
• Losses resulting from a user's own negligence or breach of these Terms.
• Unexpected technical or server issues.

Nonetheless, pgkn is committed to resolving any dispute in a fair and transparent manner.

11 Account Closure & Suspension

A user may request to close their account at any time. It is advised to settle any pending bets and withdraw any valid balance before making the request.

pgkn may suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or dishonest conduct.
• Evidence of being a minor.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.

Upon account closure, any valid balance will be returned subject to verification; however, bonuses and winnings earned from bonuses may be cancelled.

12 Dispute Resolution

After a formal complaint is filed, pgkn will respond in writing within a reasonable time. pgkn's interpretation will be considered final in all decisions, though the user's legal rights remain intact.

13 Applicable Law

These Terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Users are responsible for complying with the laws of their own jurisdiction. pgkn does not claim approval from any specific jurisdiction, and users must use the platform at their own responsibility.

14 Changes to Terms

pgkn reserves the right to partially or fully modify these Terms at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified by email or through the platform.

Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms. It is therefore advised to check this page regularly.
